Thank you for choosing Coach Yasmina’s digital courses.

Due to the nature of digital products, all course purchases are final.

Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted to any course materials, videos, downloads, or members-only content, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

By purchasing any of our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and therefore waive any right to cancel or request a refund after access has been provided.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You were unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue on our side that could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund requests based on the following reasons will not be accepted:

• You changed your mind.
• You no longer have time to complete the course.
• You did not achieve the expected results.
• You found another course.
• You purchased the course by mistake.
• You did not read the course description before purchasing.
